To each their own  8)  Well I havent ever actually heard Stevie's music so I dont know what her stuff is like. Well maybe its just cause im used to hearing the one without backing vocal or something, but so far I do think Stevie didnt make it any good.

I'm still convinced she sounds like a billie goat. I feel like such a jerk for thinking that but... man! It sounds like she recorded the song on a farm or something with some random goat chiming in every now and then. lol

But yeah, I agree with Portions and the others. She did sound like a billiegoat. When Nessa said, Stevie sang, "amazing harmonies", did she really mean that? I mean, i'm so disappointed with that one.

The harmonies that kick in at the 2:31 mark are actually pretty nice if you don't let Stevie's voice distract you.

I really needed this.
I've felt so badly recently...
this came at a good time for me :)

I still can't wait for october 9th, there's so much more meaning to the album than just the songs for me, I need everything :D  so you know, as soon as october 9th comes, I'll be buying it, of course. <3

by the way..
Heroes & Thieves..(as an album)
so life uplifting, epic and amazing.

I am happy :)

Guys just letting you know one thing, it's sad, but the album is everywhere already, I just found like 5 different links in just one site. It already spread like fire. Well, we all knew this was coming. Either way, I'm downloading it too, but I definitely already bought my copy!

I actually like The One, I think it's just coz Stevie's voice is too low for it. Its something we'll get used to I reckon.
I'm thinking along the lines of Amy Lee singing STAAAAAAAAAAAAAR about 7 times during the song "Your Star" it was so annoying when you first heard it, but I think its the best Evanescence song ever now.
I love this album, and I agree with V about it being the best patch of songs she's ever written... and it's great coz I can relate to it so much, or parts anyways.

I can't wait to buy it :D

EDIT: I also love the fact you can hear SOOO much more piano in this album, it's the best instrument ever :)
