what travel magazine says about china...
« on: April 11, 2003, 11:17:58 am »
ok i don't know which one said it, but this was on the radio, in some magazine, that they are now advertising trips to china:

"Visit China, It will take your breath away"

now i was rolling on the floor lauging, its like morbidly funny, and before they could stop the publication of it, they were all already printed out.

LOL! My Dad's in Hong Kong at the moment on holiday, apparently the place is dead because everyone is to scared to leave their houses.  The government is giving out all sorts of warnings and instruction like "don't touch the buttons in the elevator with your hands".

Knowing the Chinese in HK they would use some stick decorated with Hello Kitty or one of the other millions of Japanese cartoon characters.  Think of the number of poor chickens they'll slaughter again then if they confirm its jumped from birds.

The pollution in HK is more likely to cut your life span compared to SARS.  As you fly over the city all you can see is this big yellow blob.
