If you download the program

i've created a Vanessa Carlton fan room

you are allowed to talk on mic, cam up, etc....
and it is free
you don't have to pay for anything it is FREE

...unless you want a green name then you have to pay. I've had paltalk for 3 years and it's great, my green name just actually ran out and i have to renew it but paltalk is a great place check it out and come to the room.

when you sign on search

you'll find the room and can talk in there right now there's Vanessa music playing!
