I know this is an old song and maybe you have already answered this question but who is Annie? Fictional character? or A real person? a little girl? a baby?

the song is about a little girl named victoria.

vanessa met her a couple of years ago in hospital because the little girl was dying of cancer.

i believe she's fully recovered now.

Tori is fully recovered. As of last year, she was active in cheerleading and summer camp. I haven't talked to them in a while but last I heard, everything was finally turning around.

She did for a while, but circumstances happened here and there. Every once in a while, they might see each other. I think it's been close to 2 years since they have seen each other in person.

Her dad and I discussed that too and a while ago, I had put this together so he could see the resemblances.
