Ever hung out/became friends with a celebrity/semi-celeb?

well, I hung out with a friend with all the members of the Hush sound after a concert for about a good 20 minutes. It was cool, we talked about music and food and something about couches. and I met Sam from Phantom Planet in the Honda Civic Tour... do those count?

I'm friends with Phil Bildner, and (kind of) Laurie Halse Anderson. They are both authors. Phil writes mostly childrens books, and Laurie writes young adult books (Speak, Twisted ect. ect.) I've met Phil, had lunch, and that was it.

I don't know if these people count at celebs.

My boyfriend's parents are friends with Pat Benatar, so I've hung out with her a few times.   8)

My dad was once in the same skybox at a baseball game with the girl who was the lead in "The Little Princess" if anyone remembers that movie lol

Um I lived next door to Madonnas father for about 4 years and we knew him and met her. i met micheal phelps last weekend.

Nah, they are just like anyone else.  You can meet people just like them walking down the street.  The only reason I became a fan of VC was because I really felt her music.

I can be friends with the janitor or dishwashers just as much as a CEO or rockstar...maybe even more so because they tend to be less jaded in one way or another.

I'm not really freinds with anyone right now.
