Howie Day played in Spartanburg with a band called Jump, Little Children. I saw them at mags that night and loved Howie Day. The next day I was at work and I saw Howie Day walking up the sidewalk into the store and started freaking out! I remained calm when he came in though. I work at subway. It was a while ago. I know he got 2 sandwiches and I think one was tuna! hahaha! :D

Every so often I have to bust out the original sampler and listen to morning after and buzzing to remind myself how awesome he is.

I wish he would do a REAL Cd.  Australia was kind of a disspointment to me.

Holy Shit! He played at Magnolias? (Jamie lives down the street) I knew the name was so familiar when I saw him the other night on Last Call with Carson Daly, and then last night on Letterman. He is rockin, although I was just getting into him the other day, I'm definatly interested, someone share links!!

And recommend some good songs to download!

Yeah, I heard about that.  Adam Stewart (a fav singer/songwriter of mine) and I were discussing that, and how we lost respect for him.  I really love his music too... damn.  What an idiot.

I disagree.  This fits Howie's MO.  If you didn't know he was an asshole, then you haven't been a fan long enough.  It's always been part of his schtick.  He was an asshole when I met the guy in '99.  The CD title Australia came from the fact that he used to tell his fans he was FROM Australia.

And in all reality, I see his PoV and I have no sympathy for the girls.
