I agree with the comments on just Vanessa and the piano. I liked the pre-alblum H&T(song) alot more than the ablum one (although both are nice)! And although it wont happen some studio recordings of her B-sides would be nice (all is well, all i ask, swindler, morning sting best behavior, ect...).

I hope that if she does stick with the album title "Vanessa Lee" that the songs that go on the album are her and have the Vanessa feel and have those lyrics that are deep and make you think.

I'm sorry to burst your bubble, but Harmonium, although a commercial flop, was the most critically acclaimed album she had. It was also the most creative. And imo, the best album she has period. Stephen Jenkins is an ass hole, but Vanessa Carlton + Stephen Jenkins (musically) = amazing.

I wouldn't mind seeing him help write a few songs, but Vanessa is more than capable of writing on her own (e.g. "More Than This").

I like his production a lot, though.
