i really liked her playin at the hotel - it's nice to go to a small room and see someone you like play (the hotel cafe hasn't let me down yet!) it was perfect!

oh, and if there are any House fans... you'd be excited to know that Jesse Spencer (Dr. Chase) was at the show... and I was drooling staring at him while listening to vanessa, lol.

He seemed pretty into "half a week before the winter"

haha I looked out for her too, but to no avail ;p
he was with his girlfriend i'm assuming...
he was over by the bar most of the time...when i heard his australian accent I was like AHH! :-*

hey steph! I saw you before the show I called out your name but I guess you didn't hear me :)
sorry I was kind of distracted when you came by afterwards, I've never really said anything to vanessa the few times i've met her so I was trying to get a word in before everyone else started asking for pictures!
Wish I could have chatted with you a bit! But it was nice to see you as always!

you looked great! sorry i was sick - i wanted to catch up - but soon enough i suppose!

Jennifer was his fiancee the last I heard. I saw you there but I didn't know if you were still mad at me otherwise I would have tried to say hi.

Fair-Weather Friends is WOW. London's still my fave because I can relate so well, but FWF is stunning too.

This album is shaping up to be her best yet.

Anyway, I can't watch the vids anymore. Especially when she talks about how she loves the people and she loves LA... Cause she said that in July '07 when I saw her. =[
I wish I could have gone... Booohooo!

Edit: Yeah, that's why I shouldn't eavesdrop. That's pretty awesome he was there.

And that makes him sooo that much gayer. =D Yay for me.

ohhhmyyyygodddd. ok I know this is kind of an old thread, but I haven't been on here in a really long time.

UGH I'M SO SAD I DIDN'T GO TO THIS!!!! stupid hotel cafe being 21+. About 2 weeks after this show, I borrowed my sister's ID to go to a bar and it seriously worked like a CHARM and I was so upset knowing that I could have used it to go to this show and I didn't :( Now I'm even more upset after reading this and seeing how great the show was!!! ughhh :( :( :(
