The mother doesn't kill it necessarily. The mom just doesn't doesn't recognize it as her own anymore because of the change in scent and abandoning it, causing it to die :(

Oh no, I didn't mean to sound so evil. I hope that the baby bunny rest in peace. I just found funny that this happened to V, such a harmless and lovely person.
Don't get me wrong guys, I love animals and this new album made me like rabbits even more!
