And I know how charming 18month olds can be, my nephew was also a "mr. charmpants" still is at 22 months. He was put in time out in day care and waved to the teachers and smiled the whole time. He also knows a few signs, like milk and more.
Could she be talking about a baby animal? Are there monkeys in Mexico? I know you can teach them things through sign language (not like we use it, obviously).
