I don't think it's them on the album, it's just Capital Children's Choir as far as I know.

It's the Capital Children's Choir. V had said so in the video.

And we already have one confirmed track where they are going to partake -IDWTBAB.

It's actually on the website if you look (They mention about Vanessa). Apparently these kids were on the Spice Girl's "Mama"!?!?
