I live in NYC, and I've gone to nolita looking for her before hahah. Last spring she walked past me with victor in Soho, and I DIED. but i was with my friend and it was extremely crowded so I didn't go after her, though I regret that I didn't. she can be spotted, it's possible!

If I ever saw her, I would have to go up to her and have my photo taken with her, if I didn't, I know I would regret it.

Having said that, I know if I was to see her, before going up to her I would be wondering to myself, is it really Vanessa, I would probably go up to her and ask her, if she was Vanessa Carlton lol. And I definitely would be very nervous and am sure I would end up saying something stupid/embarrassing

I was lucky enough to go to New York and Nolita last year in December - I pretty much did what you did Hydro, except I knew it was futile to try and find her apartment xDD And I wasn't gutsy enough to ask people about her lol. My sister and I went to Ruby's (in the afternoon of course ), and walked round Nolita and found lots of the places where the video clip was shot! I was looking around like crazy just in case she was out and about, but I think at that time she'd gone to Arizona so there was no chance!

I posted this a while ago - I pinpointed the places thru google maps of where the video was shot Hope it helps, future stalkers!

I really liked Nolita, and the food at Ruby's was delicious! (plus apparently it's Australian like me! ) And also, even getting off at the closest subway station to Nolita (SPRING STREET) was exciting!!

OMG, i live in brazil, so it is so fucking hard i ever meet her. but i dream of going to nolita, vanessa taking me to her apt., playing quail dude squaw while i sit at her lovely living room. ah, so beautiful.

A few years ago I went to her Music in the Park concert in San Jose, CA and I saw her walking across a street to go to a radio interview and I dashed over and was trying to talk to her and caught up and her body guard told me to leave.
I also randomly met her in a parking lot before a private show and pet her and victor...I wish I wasn't such a dork back then, we totally would've gotten along if I met her now.
