I think her vocals really shine on "London". Don't get me wrong, she's not the best out there and she still makes mistakes, but she's really grown so much vocally. She's less nasal, her voice is more powerful and she seems to have way more control over her voice. I really like it when she sings soft, too. She has a sweet, innocent charm about her voice that really contrasts well against the depth & sometimes darkness of her lyrics & piano melodies.
She went through a phase where she would just shout her way through songs. It's only been up until a year or so ago where she'd actually SING them. I don't know if Steve Osbourne got her to try new things in the studio & she carried it onto her live shows or if this was just a natural progression for her, but whatever happened it really works.
