'Get Good' Wallpaper

I decided to make a Vanessa wallpaper. Although the lyrics and the pictures come from different time periods, I tried to make them fit.

you can choose the picture, but i love the line "do you know a love like a bullet in the chest?". i checked the screen resolution and it's 1366 X 768.

Photoshop CS5 I also know that GIMP (a free program) has the same capabilities, but the format is very different, so I don't know how to use it. You can probably find its download through a quick google search.
