IDWBAB vs. Justin Bieber's "Baby"

I just realized you can sing "Baby" over top of "I Don't Want to be a Bride"-- so there's that...

This is so weird. You can sing any song over any other song...This makes no sense...
The song may be over, but the music never ends.

lol.  I think he meant their melodies sync up?  I refuse to believe that though. Plus I've never heard that song, so I wouldn't know!

Or even "I Believe I Can Fly". Haha  ;) There are lots of "simple melodies" out there that would fit as layers over IDWTBAB. I think someone mashed up "Baby" with the Supremes "Where Did Our Love Go?" on YouTube, so there you go. I actually have a surprise little video coming soon... using IDWTBAB and mashing it up with a particular tune.. it sounds pretty cool so far.

It's the same chord progression so it makes sense that they would sync. It's used very, very often.  It's a doo-wop progression so it would also sync with the supremes etc.
