09/10/2013 - Musicians On Call event @ 45 Bleecker theater - NYC, NY (review)

So the show was 40 minutes. I had a meet & greet (because I got the VIP ticket) before the show. When she saw me, she was like "hey, I know you!". She was sweet, she said I looked well. I got a new pic with her as well.

She said she was going back to England soon to complete the recording of the new album. No name yet apparently.

So the setlist was:

Carousel (Learning to Fly intro)
Tall Tales For Spring
7 Swords (from the forthcoming album)
White Houses
The Willows (from the forthcoming album)
A Thousand Miles
A Matter of Time (duet with John McCauley) (from the forthcoming album?)
In Our Time (with John McCauley)
The Marching Line

The news songs are really cool, especially "The Willows" and "7 Swords".

They said she's gonna be touring the US in October & November and that her new album will be coming out next year.

thank you for the information! can't wait to hear the new songs. i was looking for recordings and i found out that she tweeted about a movie called "willow" in march. just like she did with "seven swords" and no one noticed it was a song title. she's been giving us a lot of hints haha.
these two songs were not on that chalkboard picture...
did anyone record it? or were there cameras from the venue filming the show?

he has to fly back home, give him some time.  It takes a lot of time and effort to get songs uploaded, be patient!
