There are four ways you can get a custom rank. In increasing order of difficulty.... [list=1]

The staff decides to give you a rank at random. If ye ask, ye shalt not receive.
Get inducted into the VCUB. Maybe when the next album comes out, they'll become active again and start adding new members.
Become a staff member. There aren't any open positions right now and there probably won't be for awhile.
Become one of the administrators of the server we're hosted on (i.e. Trolans and illogical). This route requires an insane level of geekiness, living in the San Jose area, and becoming absolutely trusted by the current admins.[/list:o]
