I'd guess that it's really a keyboard. I've seen and played them before. They feel really crappy, but they work.

If I'm going to play a keyboarded instrument that's supposed to sound like a piano, then I'd much rather play an actual piano.  Even if it's an upright, it still beats an electronic box of junk.

I dunno. The s90es beats most uprights, in my opinion. Plus, you don't have to mike it. Just plug it in.

I've never played one, but if you'll get me one for my birthday, I'll see about doing an endorsement. 8)

Mmmmm..... I love the feel and tone of a well-tuned, well-tempered piano, but I also LOVE my Triton Extreme!!!

Both are necessities!

I voted for what I prefer to listen to. Fortunately for V she had the luxury of a
Korg Triton as backup in Auckland when her Piano was broken; saved face :P

Tritons aren't even fully weighted!

Well, they supposedly are, but more & more I don't like how mine feels.  It is so much easier for me to play on a real piano.

Piano. It's such a beautiful, lush, rich-sounding instrument. About the only thing that keyboards are useful for is synthesizing and MIDI recording/overdubbing.

Piano. Definitely. But does anybody know a good keyboard... one that feels and plays like a piano? I thought the Korg Triton was one of the best... but I guess it has its shortcomings. Are there any keyboards out there that are virtually flawless? I bet they cost a fortune if they're out there though...
