So there are NO hockey fans in the hizouse???

I am a little bit of a Univ. of Oregon fan. My school (Six time I-AA national champions Georgia Southern Eagles) almost beat Oregon State (season OSU went to the Rose Bowl) once, they scored with less than two minutes left to pull out a seven point victory.

But back to topic, another hockey game due up tonight! But I've got to work :cry:

Get Jiggy wit' it.

I'm a HUGE avs fan and Roy was the reason I got into hockey in the first place, so im still in mourning. But i've addopted Jiggy as my replacement Goalie. He's helping me through these hard times.

he does remind me a LOT of a young Roy.

Booo Devils.

I hate the Devils. Nothing made me happier than watching the avs beat them in 2001... the greatest hockey year EVER.

I kind of agree with that. I'm a huge Roy fan--and I'm hoping he'll come back from retirement. I don't see a comparison between Roy and Giguere though...

I got into hockey the year the Avs beat up on the Panthers in the Cup finals. I was rooting for the Panthers cuz they're from my home state, and it just felt natural. That series against the Penguins that year was so exciting it's not even funny. And that game four against the Avs was extremely fun as well. Well the Panthers haven't been even close as of late, so while I do cheer for them during the season, I usually cheer for the Avs in the postseason. I'm cheering for the ducks now just cuz I hate those damned devils.
