anywayz, I just wanted to join it cuz I got the Uptown Girls's soundtrack and Toby is on that!
I had no idea who she was and actually when I read the name on the CD I thought it was a dude hehe
But heeeey, she's good! I loved her song so now I'm willing to get to listen to more of her stuff...

So I watched Toby.

I thought she did extremly well for her live TV debut (isn't that right?)

*claps* for Toby, the music is great live.

She did have a Melissa Ethridge meets Jewel thing going...but eh, I like both.

It was worth sitting through Bill Cosby laying on the floor...

yea... I saw her music video for "Devils and Angels" today. I liked the song alot, although I confused her for Joss Stone in the beginning.

I actually watched it!  8O. Was almost late, but I made it. She sounded pretty good. Not bad. Now I am interested in peeping the album. I will see what I can do, lol.

uh oh blackvulture is going to yell at me but.. I fell asleep before I could catch it  :oops: lol oops. Second time thats happened lol, I seriously tried staying awake.. I made it until like 12:40 am then I was out. Then surprisingly I woke up at around 3 am when it was on again (when conan was on again) but I ended up falling back asleep haha I'm so bad  :oops: Yes I know Kev, I suck.. lol

Oh well, is there a clip I can watch online or something?

ooo, in 45 minutes!!! woohoo! lol.. oh yeah I'm gonna download her album on mtv.com to listen to the songs. I wanna get her album but I'm getting Ben Jelen's & Evan & Jarons first so maybe when I get some birthday money I'll go pick it up if I like the rest of the songs. So I checked out the other songs and... I am not diggin them. She just reminds me to much of Joss Stone. It is just driving me crazy cuz I love Joss Stone but yeah I don't really like Toby's other songs. I gave her a try tho. *shrug* tho I did catch her conan performance, she did good. Tho she reminded me of Mariah Carey with a guitar  :? weird.
