You need someone to give you their code.  Each user gets one code after a week of using LJ.  Paid members get one code per month that is paid.  So look for someone who has a code and willing to give it to you.  Maybe people save them and are very selective of who they give their codes to.

I have about 9 left, but I am really selective. It's like stupid people and breeding. I refuse to encourage it. So I have one that I give out to those I deem worthy and then they have to give it back. I refuse to have my experience slowed by more quizzes and shtuff.

Just go to Blurty.com. It's almost the same thing as live journal but you don't need a code to get in because right now it's free. Rather then waiting for a live journal one go make yourself a blurty. ya! lol

Bizzare.

nah... it's kind of odd, but there a lot of people like this Andrew.. they give out a code.. but they make the person to whom they give their code... give them the code that they receive after having their journal after a week...  so that new person doesn't get to invite anyone.  The "big tough live journal monitor" gets to keep all the codes to themselves.

I'm just very selective to whom I give codes and then I TRUST them.  Imagine that.. what a concept...

I swear, people are more protective of their LiveJournal codes than they are of their own sister.

Do I have one?  No.  Would I like one?  Sure.  Does it break my heart?  Please, no!

But I don't see why everyone gets uptight about a damn number.  It's like this huge fraternity that everyone likes to be able to brag about being in.

Lets not all have a hissy fit because someone wont give another person an access code. It's not a big deal. There are other online journals that ou can get. Like dead journal, blurty, ect. I recomend blurty just because it is the closet to livejournal you'll get right now. I was reading how it was made and they said that they the same as livejournal and they use the same codes ect...so before you have to pay for blurty's or have to use stupid access codes that no one will fucking share go get a blurty! I know it's a toughy and takes 5 minutes out of your time. More people use blurty then livejournal anyways.
