CALI PEEPS: which large city do u live closest to?

I picked Sacramento but I'm actaully in Nevada.  Reno, Nevada to be exact.  I'm like 30 miles from Truckee, California, over highway I-80.   The California border is like ten miles or less away.

In fact, I rode my bike to San Francisco in a crazy attempt to go to a VC concert.  when I got there I was so crazy I started to eat things like squid.  I also stayed up for four days.  And other crazy stuff like that.

I thought there was only 100 miles between them.  So If you live where I think you live, you would be 50 miles from either at most.....right?

Distance:  93.0 miles  
Approximate Travel Time:  1 hour 47 mins  

Starting from:   San Francisco, CA
Arriving at:   Turlock, CA
Distance:  104.7 miles  
Approximate Travel Time:  1 hour 51 mins  

Starting from:   San Francisco, CA
Arriving at:   Sacramento, CA
Distance:  87.0 miles  
Approximate Travel Time:  1 hour 31 mins  

So actually, SF and Sac are closer to each other than I am to either of them.  D'oh!  map of route

I was born in Stockton.  Lived in Lodi at the time...on eight mile road......
