Yup. Strawberries are ok though.


transfatty acids raise ur LDL (bad cholesterol) and lower ur LDL (good cholesterol) which is two times as bad as saturated fats which only raise ur LDL, not lower ur HDL at the same time....

so in other words, they're UNBELIEVABLY bad for u... and yes oreos have transfatty acids in them... but god i still love them but im tryin so hard not to eat foods with that crap in it so i dont have a nice heart attack
