i dont know much about this band... but i love them! i got their CD a long time ago and it rocks! Vanessa likes them too... see http://forums.nessaholics.com/viewtopic.php?t=497

i saw them tonight at the Pepsi Smash taping (watch it next wednesday, July 23rd, at 9pm on the WB) which i went to! omg... they are AWESOME live! seriously... do not miss them if you get the chance to see them!
the lead singer (with the red hair) was walking around where i was and i went up to him to meet him and he gave me a hug! he's cool with the fans! i also complimented one of the guitarist's shoes (the one with the longish black hair) and he nodded and smiled, lol, he has crazy shoes...

when they sang "Go With The Flow" (they also sang "No One Knows" it was so loud i almost went death (we were right in front of the stage next to a speaker) but it was totally worth it... i loved it

anyone else like them?

I have 2 of their cd's and if ya really like them go buy some Kyuss cd's cuz that's who they are or were. I've been listening to Kyuss for about 9 years and I flipped when I realized it was 2 of the same dudes from Queens of the Stone Age. I have pit tickets for Lollapalooza and can't wait to see them as well as Jane's Addiction and Audioslave and the Donna's!!! I hear that Rooney might be there. I have my fingers crossed for that one...

I'ts gonna be sweet! Those tickets cost me $98 though(OUCH!)

You should check out Mondo Generator (Nick Oliveri), Eagles of Death Metal (Josh Homme and Chris Goss), and of course, the Masters of Reality, godfather Chris Goss' band..... you should make a Kyuss thread :)

I envy you :)
You're lucky you haven't been hugged by their new drummer, the Hulk...

Forget Nirvana... Dave rules on this album... and again it was recorded right here in Seattle at the same studio that my band is thinking about recording at this winter.

My friend was an assistant engineer on the album and has an amazing home video of Dave playing in the studio and laying down the trax... Very cool!

*gets all excited*
