I'm pretty sure the Crows still say "Slam"

then they make it sound like sway...i just listened to it again.  I might be wrong but it sounds like sway.

I have a question.. does a "sway" make a sound?  how much sense does it make to hear a screen door sway?

they can actually sway back and forth making noise....and if no one is going out or coming in it wouldn't be swaying... :?:

Alright... the updates have been made to the following songs:
Big Yellow Taxi, Superhero, Dark Carnival, She Floats, & Carnival.

There's been a few other changes made too...
- VCMB Lyric thread has been axed (who even still uses that anyway? lol)
- Lyric thread on this board is cropped down to BnN (the official lyrics)
- Complete Lyrics (BnN+demos+live+bsides) can be found at 2 locations...
http://www.nessaholics.com/pages/lyrics/ Since the forum is part of the Nessaholics.com site, the thread was changed to the official stuff and the site has complete (now updated) lyrics from all songs we have available.
http://www.blackvulture.com/vanessa/lyrics.shtml My own website will always have compete lyrics as well.
- So now I only have 2 places to update instead of 4 which was fuckin crazy. lol Both of these 2 sites are easily accessable for all your lyrical needs.

...&i just noticed this now in carnival..
It's the age of the dawn when I look in your eyes
And I want what is ours before the night.

It's the edge of the dawn when I look in your eyes
And I want what is ours before the light.

 sorry i didnt see this before :-\

ya I also thought it was before the light..I didn't want to say anything.

Also, I noticed how you gave credits to other people who helped with lyrics and well kulpdogg helped with a few..I think at the bottom of the lyrics there should be a  Big Thanks to Kulpdogg and whoever helped get the other lyrics down too! Figuring you did that for everyother song. Other than that I think the lyrics look great!! Thanks a bunch for updating them!!

yeah it kinda does SOUND like 'farmer' but if you have good ears she actually says "Fumblin`" so yes, fumbling is correct...

now
on the line
To try to get my feet back on the ground
i believe she says
i just gotta get my feet back on the ground.
now i know that looks completally different, but i did hold my ear up to the speaker and it deffinatally is not "to try to" and this is what i heared...

oh yeah and at the end, add another "Walk on Water"

well, this is completally by my ears ....so why doesnt everyone go over that part and REALLY listen good and tell me if you think im right... :?
