what do you mean??
in the middle of its movement the bottom half slices and gets all distorted.. i dont know... its messed up

It might just be your internet connection. It happens to my images all the time. A lot of times my avator slices at the bottom but I'm not sure if other people can tell so I assume it's just my internet connection.
