my mom likes vanessa haha so does the rest of my family. and they are wicked supportive of her and me bein obsessed hahaha!

LMAO ... My mom came with me to the 3EB show she was not feelin' Vanessa at all. She hated the PIB cover too LOL

ahhh... my mom's opinion doesnt count, cause she always makes fun of what i like and teases me whether its good or not! lol
i think she thinks she's talented... but she doesnt like her voice too much.... she loves Red Ditty tho... its the only song she's heard that she's said she loves.

That's amazing considering she doesn't like her voice because she does a lot of really Vanessa-style singing in that one, but maybe it's the song itself she likes, which I guess would make sense. It is pretty cool and jazzy.

yeah... it's the song she likes. she doesnt really hate Vanessa's voice but she's just not a huge fan of it!
i was playing "All I Ask" for her the other day and she loves the piano in it... so she's a fan of bits and pieces!

Oh, and I got to hear "All I Ask" yesterday!

Very good song, but I haven't gotten to play it for the family yet so I don't know they're reaction.

I think it's something that "Oh, that piano girl? I guess she's okay." is getting the most votes!

My Mommy hates her. She honestly thinks she's repelent in every way.

She's always sooo all like "Is this Vanessa or Michelle?" when either one of Vanessa's songs or Michelle's song comes on. She prefers Michelle, I think, 'cause she went to Catholic School. Oh, and she's "cuter than Vanssa." Also, because she likes "Everywhere," "Goodbye to You," and "Are You Happy Now?" a lot. She doesn't know who sings anything, else, I don't think. Don't get me wrong, my Mom listens to today's music, more than anything. She just doesn't like most female vocalists (ooo, fancy).

And Holly, the thing you said about your Mom teasing you about everything you like, that's how my Mommy is.

it's my sister.. ALTHOUGH I CATCH her singing along!

but yea the other day she looked up Vanessa hater groups online
and sat there reading their little comments about her to me..
Ooo I was mad.. very mad.

AND this is the oldest sister, 19 YEARS OLD.

That reminds me.. we were in the Hamptons and on the porch of my aunt's little beachhouse and there's this runner coming down the street..

and my cousin, he's a really good singer..

soo he starts singing "Makin' my way downtown, runnin' fast..."
as the guy passes
