"Pop stars Britney Spears and Madonna steamed up the room with an open mouth kiss to kick off the 2003 MTV Video Music Awards last night at Radio City Hall In New York City.

The pair opened the Chris Rock-hosted 2003 MTV Video Music Awards by performing Madonna's hit "Like A Virgin" along with fellow popette Christina Aguilera, who also got to lock lips with Madge.

 Britney and Christina came out dressed in "virginal" bride's dresses, which they proceeded to strip off as the song progressed, while Madonna wore her classic "black vest and pants" get-up."

ahh I have to go out of the "GUY" loop and say it didn't excite me at all.
I actually found it pathetic.
Britney is trying to make headlines for the new album...
Madonna is doing terrible with her career...
and Christina is just a plain good ol fashion slut...

Three people I don't like much in the industry right now...

but I didn't complain  :wink: , just thought it was too planned and plastic to shock me.

honestly that was my take on it too. I've always HATED Madonna and all the crap that goes with her... so this wasnt a biggie for me, I just had to post the pictures :wink:
Vocally tho, I think Britney did a good job. The other 2, blah.

I found it to be awesome.
Madonna has only gotten hotter with age. Although I'd rather Michelle and Avril had been the brides.  8) You know they would have jumped at the chance.  :lol:

I need to tape it now that I'm home and out of the whole jet lag experience. I bet they'll show it 500 times today alone.

LMAO...well if want to see Michelle, head over to http://www.michelle-fan.com.  They put up pics of Michelle at the Maverick VMA after party, and Michelle forgot one important piece of clothing: her bra.  She forgot that a bra should go under a white tight tank top.  LOL
