That's why you use Kazaa Lite.

No spyware, and no RIAA tracking of the mp3 transfer.

I'm not sure why you think the RIAA can't track you on Kazaa lite..... but you're wrong. It's a file transfer, they can still intercept packets and see the destination written clearly on the packet.

I use Kazaa. I don't use it that often though. Only to download stuff like "Kidnap the Sandy Claws (Nightmare Before Christmas)," The Facts of Life Theme song, and songs by artists or bands I haven't heard of, who I want to "check out."

Yeah, that's it.

Oh, and sometimes I download videos or Celebrity Deathmatch fights, but that's all.
