i highlighted my hair with a really rich auburn once it was really hard to see because my hair is so dark and i wouldn't let my friends come near me with bleach....my mom didn't know about it, but after someone told her *coughchoughNIKKIcoughchough* she flipped out...so i haven't done anything since

Ooo, it was very bad. Today, I was with one of my Irish friends (red hair, green eyes, etc.) and this lady told me my hair was "almost as red as Lena's." That was horrible! I was depressed; It caused a horrible despression. Now, NO OFFENSE TO ANYONE. But I'm just not a red-head. I'm NOT! Saddening.

Anywho, what a depression that one statement caused. I think I'm almost over it. Like, I just want to be blonde Anglo-Saxon like I was back in the day. WHY does everone have a problem with that?! Why are my genes retarded? We don't know.

Urgh, that was my statement for the day.

ok... does anyone know whats up with girls highlighting their hair with an actual highlighter?! lol... ive seen so many... they put like blue, pink, orange, blue or purple streaks in them. lol, and it doesnt always come out, which is funny

well i have a few friends that do that, because they get bored in class.

but other then that, i have not a clue...maybe they're broke?

haha i used to do that to my friend in bio. class, only I did oldschool style with a gel pen. She's got really blonde hair and I used a red gel pen on the tips...it looked so cool.

haha yeah, nikki told on me, but not on purpose, she didn't know that my mom didn't know. I do plan on streaking my hair with red and blue for halloween, but with stuff that washes out in one rinse.

And CeCe, you probably just have strawberry blonde hair, which can sometimes look like red ~ just a guess :wink:

. . . I guess I could have strawberry blonde hair. A couple of my cousins on my Mom's side do. And I am the mailman's daughter.

(No, my Dad isn't a mailman, I just say that because both of my parents have brown hair. And neither of them had blonde or lighter hair when they were kids. So my Dad says I'm the mailman's daughter meaning I'm not his daughter . . . I'm the mailman's daughter. Right. Jeff the Mailman, to be exact.)

I obsess about highlighters. Not to color my hair with, but you know how people have to get like the most kick-ass pens? Well, I'm like that with highlighters. And we only use them in Religion, so I don't know what my deal is.
