What Gets You Through The Month?

October seems to be good so far.  I'm looking forward to tonight.  I'm going to attend my 15th Marilyn Manson show!  I get to see Rasputina in 12 days.  And I can't forget my favorite holiday, Halloween.  I think its funny how my life revolves around music.  But knowing that I have a concert coming up totally makes me happy and excited.

one thing that gets me through this month is knowing that i have a long weekend this weekend, and as soon as october is over i have another long weekend, and then thanksgiving and christmas are on the way...

basically i'm just plodding through life trying to survive each day.. :-/

this week I had thanksgiving this monday to look forward to :).
you have no idea how much I'm going to gloat when its thanksgiving for me and not most of you! muwahaha.

but then I'll be sad when you have thanksgiving and mines long gone.

haha but after that my thanksgiving will be closer than yours :)

The following gets me through the month:

-weekends
-going out with friends (i.e. getting out of the cage -- er -- the house)
-alcohol
-boys
-my fav television shows
-phone calls from special people :)

And when I don't feel especially inspired in the morning, I don't get out of bed.  Thus, it benefits me greatly to plan ahead and put as many activities as possible in my calendar.

Dave Matthews and Vanessa.  Whenever i'm stressed or studying I always listen to BnN etc. and Crash.  I also have an awesome support system within my RA staff, and the anthro majors.  They're always good for a laugh and sanity preservation!
