The US Consulate in Edinburgh(Scotland) isn't eligable to apply, so in order for Scot's to travel to the US between October - Mid 2005 they need to
pay to travel to London or Belfast
and then
pay again for a Visa which is £67.
But people who already own a passport before 2004 are eligable to the usual "Visa Waiver" scheme until their passport is up. Which is good for me!
But when I renenew my passport in order to visit the US I need a biometic passport with my finger prints or eye scan, luckily it is not up for another 4 years.
But since this is in it's crawling stages and major concerns have been attained...things may change.
