No, thankfully I don't think it is, unlike our "Record Of The Year" thing that we have. The nominations and winners are probably chosen by a panel of 'industry experts' like the Brits.

I hope both Outkast and Evanescence win. Oh and Michelle Branch of course.

yeah really... i hope ev gets a least one... it would suck to be nominated for five and not win any at all. i hate to say it but whoever said outkast was going to beat ev is probably right. they have alot more fans i think
