and when you get that thing
hit crtl alt del
open the task manager
click on the processes tab
and right click on the iexplore.exe process and select end process
youll be set
and if just in case you end explorer.exe by mistake you can always start that too again which actually comes in handy sometimes
when you are in the task manager
click file, then select new task
type in explorer.exe and hit ok!
