I don't get angry a lot! But when I do, listening to music or talking helps me. Like the other night I was pissed about a teacher, but after talking to my parents about her for awhile, i was better! Also, Livejournals are a good place to rant, lol.

When I'm extremely mad, I tend to say some pretty terrible things, especially to my parents.  I get very rude and don't know when to close my mouth.  Then I run up to my room, slam the door and blare some music that I know my parents hate.  Usually this is followed by swearing in my room, then a little bit of tears.  Hahaha.  Its a routine I think, then once i settle down, I listen to some music which I can relate to at that moment... and sometimes write poems.  Also, then I give the silent treatment for a bit

I don't know. When I'm irrrrrrrrrritated, though, I grind my teeth and my jaw sticks out. :X

I learned to substitute words the other day instead of saything the real harsh one's.

Like saying, "You Pants!" and stuff like that ;)

I don't really do anything drastic. If i get mad at my parents I don't say anything, because I know it won't fix anything. If i'm mad at my friends, same thing goes. I usually just listen to "angry" music :-P write poems.....rant in my lj.....cry....whatever requires me to not talk. In the past I've said some very hurtful things to people when I was angry that I regreted saying, so I've tried to train myself not to talk when I'm really emotional. Sometimes it doesn't work, but usually it does.

if i'm mad at my parents, i try and show it even though i know it doesn't help, which is stupid but i do it anyway. if i'm mad at my friends i avoid talking to them until things cool down and then things generally solve themselves.

but in all cases, i just run into my room, slam the door, fling myself onto my bed and either cry or put on a Vanessa or evanescence song. it usually helps.
