the oscars are on tonight. i'm chearing for Lord of the Rings and Finding Nemo.

Alison Krauss (a violinist) is playing a couple songs from Cold Mountain on the show and she's wearing 2 million dollar shoes. they have like 154 diamonds on them. crazy.

I'm just not into LOTR very much. I expect it'll be getting a bunch of awards, but I'm all for Renée Zellweger - maybe this year she doesn't deserve it as much as the past two, but it's about time and I <3 her, esp since Bridget Jones -, Naomi Watts - don't think she'll beat Charlize Theron, but you never know - and Lost In Translation :) I'd just love it if Sofia Coppola won an Oscar, it'd be great!

And yay! This is the first year I'm watching the whole ceremony, me & some friends have organised a sleepover to watch it (even though it starts 3am here lol)

Hehe I hope so too! Last year it was worse though. I listened to the ceremony on the radio lol I was in bed and almost fell asleep halfway through, but I made myself stay awake til the end cos it was Almodovar's night! ;)

oh, i would have fallen asleep even if it weren't on the radio. lol. i can't keep awake for more than a couple hours after midnight, unless i'm just really high on sugar. lol

i hope it's a funny/entertaining one this year. sometimes the show can get pretty boring.  :roll:

No way, he does one good comeback movie and everyone is Johny-Crazy these days!

I think he's been winning to many awards, like the grammy's their should be a limit!

other people deserve to get some awards, and did you know they  the pushed the movie Secret Window to an earlier release date because he is so popular at the moment. :?
