I went to the very first one there in Seattle. They still have the logo where the breasts aren't covered. If I remember correctly.

I was just there this summer. No boobs. The place also didn't have any tables or chairs, just a bar and maybe a bar stool or two.

Ohhh . . . Starbucks . . . *cough*OVERRATED*cough*

What?! Who? Where?

*shakes fist*

I've been drinkin coffee since you were in diapers, little girl.  Starbucks rules.

i thought starbucks ruled when the only place I could get it was Barns and Noble.

PLEASE stop with this "i'm older than you so nah nah nah naaah nah" line, because its getting old now- oh and distinctly lame aswell.

The only coffee I MIGHT like more than Starbucks for pure black caffeine goodness is Hiene Brothers... and I think they are local to Louisville.

They are local, chum. Our Junior Achievement teacher went to St. X with the founder, so I've heard. And Heine Bros. coffee is the shiznat. You don't even know.

Also, I think some people MISINTERPRETED my pretty, li'l statement there. What I was SAYING, was Starbuck's is overrated. I never said it was bad; it's overrated, in this opinion, up in here. Like . . . It's too renowned or whateverrrrr, like that The Lost Prophets' song. It would be so much better if people didn't like it. You know? Not that I'm anti-mainstream. I'm certainly anything but that . . . But I don't actually like when people like things because other people do or when they don't have a reason or when they're being stereotypicalllllll (in other words, let's try to be punk so we'll listen to the Sex Pistols or The Ramones even though we don't like them or their music - Ugh).

God, this makes so much sense to me. I wish I had a bigger vocabulary, because then I could explain it. Until then, you'll have to wonder or figure the rest out yourself.

That's God's third greatest gift to man, coffee in the bookstore, right after baseball and fire.

. . . and grapes? They're bound to be before "froz fruits," but explosive lighters should definitely be before grapes, thus explosive lighters should be BEFORE frozen fruits.

The only drink I usaully get when I go to a expresso shop is:

Four shots of expresso on ice with as much sugar as will dissolve before you add it to the ice.  Usually there is a layer of sugar on the bottom of the glass.  I like coffee but don't usually drink it.

Ah.  Yo comprendo ahora, gracias.

I don't like the Sex Pistols... does that mean I'm not punk? :(

Yes, but it also means you have (at least) reasonable taste in music.

As for the bean crisis, hopefully it means America will have to halt the Starbucks invasion of the UK. This must put their target of three on every single street in serious jeopardy.

There is one attatched to our local sainsbury's. Its well funny, it has this device which locks your trolley wheels if you try to walk out of the shop with all of your food- and it happened to my dad once. He stood there for SO long like "what has happened!? why won't it moooove!?"
