I just saw a little blurb on this VH1 show called Celebrity Diets with Vanessa and thought I would let you all know.  It's very short, but still it's Vanessa and I'd thought some of you would like to know.  Here are the additional air times:

she is on it -- they call it the "singers diet" and she talks about how she doesn't do dairy because it makes her to flem-y --- thats a given most singers know that you dont do dairy before a big show cause it coats you and makes it hard to sing ... but yeh thats what she said --- i saw it too....
