Although I'm not big on bugglegum music, I own 2 or more of 3 of those people's CDs and that scares me! I love Jessica's voice, and a lot of her songs. She is a close 2nd to Mandy, but out of my Top 20 Favorite Singers, Jessica is like 8 or 9 and Mandy is 4, so Mandy wins.

Then she marriied that DJ from the radio, that for some odd reason I have forgotten his name...shame lol.
