I don't have a job, yet... I'm still 15, and people won't hire you untill you are atleast 16 (unless you have a family connection going on). I do really need one, because my parents don't give me any money, and I don't get paid anymore to babysit my brother...

Ever since my 13 birthday, everyday (and I mean every single day, including Christmas and other holidays) my parents have told me to get a job.

Now that I'm 16 in a week, I'll have to get a job.

Problem-- I live in a very small town, and jobs are limited. I won't have my license, and my parents won't drive me everywhere. GAH

I hate when parents are like that.  Tell them to divide by zero.

Well, I'm just saying.  It is not really something to say, just I understand where you are coming from.  They probably see an opportunity(ies) you don't.  But instead of telling you what those are, they just keep telling you something which, as far as you are concerned, is impossible.

I'm a US Army combat medic, I love my job. Though I do kind of run the risk of war and all that, running through bullets to place a tourniquet on an amputated leg isn't a nice thought, but it is a nice thought to know that should someone need such a thing, I'd be able to run through those bullets and give them the treatment they need myself. It just feels good to know that you personally can save a life, better yet, they pay me, so yeah, I love this job!
