Here are some songs from my collection that would like to add to the mix:

Matchbox20 - Push
No Doubt - Sunday Morning
No Doubt - Detective
Mary J. Blige - Not Gonna Cry
Christina Aguilera - Walk Away (place this right before "Fighter")
Vanessa Carlton - Wanted  (this one got me through a couple of breakups)

Hope this helps your friends out.  I totally know what it's like to be in her shoes.  Listening to breakup songs definitely have helped me through those times.  I commend your efforts for your friend.
-Samantha

For me it's a glance
And a smile on your face
A touch of your hands
An honest embrace - VC, Home

Thanks for all the ideas everyone!  :D

Jess, Afterglow is a great choice! thank you!  :D
Vader, Walk Away is perfect too! thanks! The other choices I looked up the lyrics to, and they wouldnt work for her... but thanks!  :D

"Burn" makes her cry so much she can't listen to it, she told me already, and I already have JoJo listed, but thanks Joey!  :)

Keep the songs coming everyone... you're all helping very much! *hugs*

Finally, someone on my train of thought :)

Uh Oh. There's two of them!

-Kev

It's better they're on the same train.  Then they won't crash into each other . . .now you on the other hand better make sure to find that train or one on a different track.

CA's "Walk Away" is more about fighting temptations like underage drinking, drugs, etc. That's my opinion, though.

Doesn't make sense to me 8O

Why have a pole dancer during such a depressing song?

it was like...she needs to walk away from his sexualness. But it's so hard for her because he's so delicious.
