How could I forget Paradise?! I'm bad *spanks self*
When I bought the ATM single I liked VC, but I didn't love her - but the piano/vocal version of Paradise was so powerful that I became a NESSAholic.

Paradise and Wonder

Indeed. Actually, it's pretty funny, the tap water in my town has a very distinct taste...maybe there is something... 8O

"All I Ask" moves me the most. It's the perfect song.
Peter did an amazing job producing it.

I love it too - but mostly coz of the piano parts LOL!

All I Ask is definitely very powerful too.  I love the piano.  There's so much emotion in her voice, lyrics and the piano playing.  I almost forgot about this song when I posed the question.  Then again, VC has written many emotionaly powerfu tunes.  And that's one of the reason I love her music so much!l

For me it's a glance
And a smile on your face
A touch of your hands
An honest embrace - VC, Home

I'd have to say Rinse. It always makes me listen, because everything she's saying, I'm sure every girl will go through it. But, just the way she says everything makes it all the more powerful.

I said Paradise before but I have to change it to Twilight because every time I hear it live I get the chills and it must be powerful to elicit a physical response.

Quite several of her songs have moved me emotionally.  But at a mere 2-minutes-25, probably the one that grabbed me the hardest and really made be think about the emotion is "The Wreckage". :o :!: :?:
