Avril should never have abandoned country.  My opinion is that her voice is so much better-suited to it.  I've heard several live tracks (though I only have one in my possession) of her singing country, and it's quite delightful.  Her gospel records are really good, too.

I don't really like any of them, I used to like Coldplay before X&Y but not anymore, now my favorite band is Sigur Rós.
