It's like eating a small grape like the size of a kernel of corn. You kinda bite the fruit, and spit out the seed. It's kinda hard and not real sweet. They are a pain to eat really. You have to kinda peel it and get all these seeds out that are in kinda a honeycomb. Well then there's the whole staining your hands thing. It's been awhile since I had one but they are good.
You might try a drink called Pom Wonderful. They have different flavors mixed with pomegrante juice. They have more antioxidants then a glass of red wine. But the little bottle is very expensive, here it's like almost $4 and you find it in the produce department.
