I think somebody posted a good version of Who's to Say. Oh, but maybe it's not complete..

What hasn't been done in full yet, from Harmonium? I'm thinking about my next project.

Whoever posted who's to say, It wasn't ever working for me.
I'll go back and double check to see if maybe the library computers make a difference. :)

It's actually not that hard at all, imo, and I've been playing less than a year.

its really really easy...  well, i only figured out the right hand part, but i think the left hand plays the same thing like in the second verse or something, i'll try and get some sheet music up in a few
