Alright today I went to the music store with my father and I was look for some VC sheet music (they didnt have it) But anyway I go up to counter and I ask the guy if there was anyway I could pre-order the Vanessa Carlton harmonium music book and he goes hold on Ill look..so he looks on his computer he said it wasnt out so he said "on tuesday Ill call Warner and ask..so come back Tuesday and we'll tell you". So Ill tell you guys tuesday :-) Basically this was an almost pointless story lol

they have WTS sheet music available too but it´s alsohorrible(like WH) . Hopefully the music book will be better :?

I mean, is it really all that surprising to find arranged sheet music? Most of the stuff off of the BNN book was arranged as well. Notably, the A Thousand Miles and Ordinary Day sheets aren't exactly what Vanessa plays live. It's especially noticeable during the bridges of both songs.

I watched tons and tons of live footage of Vanessa playing A Thousand Miles and Ordinary Day just to be sure I could play them accuretly. *Falls over*

but even the worst arrangements from BNN musicbook weren´t half as bad as this WTS and WH :roll:  These arrangements look like those "E-Z sheetmusic" :roll:

I realy love the BNN-Musicbook. I mean it's not the same but almost it's the same. Wanted, Twilight,... . A thousand Miles was just a little more better sounding without needing someone to sing.

I really HATE when the right hand piano part is what she is singing. For example, that sheet music to White Houses how instead of the eigth notes it's what she sings. GRRR I hate it. I bought the White Houses book, though because I LOVE the cover art.

I also hated Paint It Black and Pretty Baby on BNN music book. You play what she sings! Sure I can understand Paint It Black but the chords sound much better for Pretty Baby!

I like Who's To Say and Annie on musicnotes. I think they release a new song each week. Hopefully, the Harmonium book will be out soon!

I hate it too! It's just ridiculous! You buy a book to play the music and sing along to it. If you wanna play what she sings, then you just as well couldn't have bought it and just play along to the song. Easier and cheaper as well!

Well Pretty Baby isn't THAT bad. You can just take the chords at the beginning of each measure and make them into half notes. But White Houses is annoying (the published book). Hopefully Afterglow won't be like that.
