sessions at aol different format??

hey everyone, i just got a new ipod, and since i can put videos on this one i wanted to put the sessions at aol.... and since  the version i have are  .ram (real player format) files i cant put it on my ipod =/

i just wasted an hour of my life on my old pc trying to download file conversion software since they dont make any for Mac... and nothing worked! it was very dissapointing

but anywaayy POINT IS... if anyone can convert the files for me into another format...  i think .MOV or .MPG is the only format that it will support....


help!!!!!
