It wasn't me that gave you the ticket but I'm still going to thank you for holding your end of the deal.   :D

Wow that show was awesome! It was my first of the tour and I had a great time.

I got a wake up call around 10:20 from Katia (4 full hours of sleep).  I picked her up at the train station at 11.  By 12 we were on out way to Boston.  By 1:30 we were picking Emily up by the very big lake.  At 3:30.. . we had parked the car and saw 1 fan standing outside.  Of course Katia socialized and mingled with the people in line and made buddies.   They let us all in after 8.  It was very nice to see that they had he same thing going for us as in OH with the preorder of the CD.  So we all preordered it.  All was fine until some man in a wheelchair who may have been a little drunk was trying to get up front .  He was straddling Emily's rear end.  He went away for a while and later came back with security who forced us to let him up front RIGHT at the very prime spot.  He then spilled his beer over our stuff.  Other than the fact that he spilt his beer on us and I had to stand crooked for the whole show because he took up a lot of room... it was fine!

Vanessa pretty much said all the same stuff that she has been saying about the songs.  She was very smily and sweet the whole time because her friends were there.  She said she had so many friends there that she felt like home.  I was so impressed! I felt a little upset about the skipping of Annie, but Morning Sting was GREAT! And it was nice to be able to say hello after the show.

And now... I am getting ready to do it all over again!

In the mean time, who are my dreamy friends?!

Thanks,
Andy
hey!  i'm so happy you registered.  It was myself, nicole (loveplasticlove) and Emily that were in the front that you chatted with.  You seemed like you really enjoyed the show so i'm glad it all worked out =)

we're getting ready for the philly show so we'll have to post more about this show later.  Her friend Jenny was in the crowd so that was pretty cool... she seemed to be putting 100% into it for her peeps there.  New piece of information... Wanted is about a soap opera star -- his name was Wes.  Wes Ramsey??  That was the only new information that i remember.

more info later and maybe some pics.  People were using cameras w/ flash so i dunno... i took a couple :)

the show was awesome.  seriously.
thank you so so so so so soooo much nicole and katia for taking me, because you absolutely rock.  I had such a good time.  (even though I started nearly dying from claustrophobia when that guy came up in the wheelchair right behind me and kept touching my ass o.0)

anyways, it was great to see some new people at the show too (hi andy!)

and I pre ordered another harmonium CD :) w00t!

oh, and I did record morning sting, but I don't think it is worth posting.  It is pretty bad... you can somewhat hear the piano and basically you just hear 'morning sting erluhdfslguhsdklgfjhskldfjhg (insert static noises) flksndflk just another case of morning sting' ... and continue with the static noises

ohh... and she DID get on really late because instead of just the low millions opening, there was second opening band, umm... what was their name... honestly I think it was?

:D Vanessa sounded great!!!  This show had a totally different feel to it compared to the previous times I saw her with her back up band.  It was almost like seeing her for the first time.  I want to say hello to my new "NessaPeeps", Katia, Nicole, and Emily (AdoroVC), thanks for making my 3+ hours in line more enjoyable.  Watch out for random strangers in wheelchairs.  Peace.

holla!

I'm so glad you stopped by and thank you for chatting with us.  One of the best things about Vanessa shows is meeting new people in line before the show or during the show!  Glad you liked your first show ... maybe you could share a little about what you liked?

:) :)
