I just downloaded it, and watched it.

Um, I wish Vanessa would pick another song to sing other than "White Houses." That single was a horrible bomb. And uh, I think she sounded pretty bad too.

i have the same problem but i watched the one from v-c.net and that worked but its only her performance

hmm... it works fine for me.

i'm running windows xp with media player 10.

maybe older versions don't support whatever codec steveau used.
