i'll point out the past 3 winners....

2004- Matt Leinart (USC)
2003- Jason White (Oklahoma)
2002- Carson Palmer (USC)

Carson Palmer is the greatest QB in the NFL not nammed Peyton Manning.

But Stephan Lafores should have won the heisman.  His #'s show he is a better QB.
